It was not removed, ya' just might have bad luck finding it.

I am positive that is has in fact been removed. I've played over 100 hours of WotL and have not gotten a single Explosive Diarrhea pill, and none of the 100+ episode Let's Plays I have watched have gotten an Explosive Diarrhea pill since Wrath came out.

Changing negative effects from pills?[]
In the Glitches section, it's said that entering and exiting repetitively through a door can change the effect to a positive one, I'm doing it since a while, and it didn't change.
Did I misunderstand something? I must say that I'm not sure if this is well wrote :
"just walk a few times through the room change doors"
What does it mean? Seriously, I'm thinking this is just a troll.

Basically you can't change a negative pills to positive one from entering and exiting through a door, but if you have 3 Dollar Bill, you can. According to 1.48 Source Code, When entering a room, 3 Dollar Bill gives you one of item of [1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 46, 53, 110, 115, 143, 150], the item code 46 is Lucky Foot, so bad pills can change to good pills.
