The movement speed of Isaac.
Speed is calculated by a multiplier of current speed, base speed being 1.0. Each starting character has a base speed multiplier and items collected will increase or multiply this value depending on its effect. Speed modifies a constant, so the player can never be immobile.
Unlike other stats, Speed does possess an absolute limit, meaning once Speed hits a certain value it cannot be raised any further.
If the speed after this modifiers is more than 2 (200%) it will be reduced to 2 (200%).

This modifiers are applied after sum of normal was reduced to 200% or below.
I.E. if you collected Small Rock then speed from normal modifiers will be limited at 180%.
If you collected Small Rock and Bucket of Lard - at 160%.
