Spitties are much fatter than the other Maggot monsters while possessing a face similar to that of the Chargers. They appear in both The Binding of Isaac and the Rebirth remake.
They have the same health as the Chargers from the original game. But in Rebirth, their health drops to 10 while Chargers' has over 20.
Behavior[]
Spitty on Isaac's Last Will.
Instead of charging the player in their line of sight, they spit shots ahead of them while slowly crawling around. They have a good range but a slow firing rate, and because they ignore Isaac, their shots are easy to avoid.
Eternal Champion Behavior[]
Eternal Spitty moves faster and shoots 3 blood shots.

- Spitties can be spawned by Pestilence, the yellow champion version of Chub, and Mom.
Bugs[]
- Spitties can sometimes shoot at opposite site than the on they're facing (i.e. They look away from Isaac but still shoot at him).
