Effects
Follows Isaac around while shooting blood tears.
The blood tears are more powerful than Brother Bobby's and Isaac's normal tears, but cannot go through solid objects like Ghost baby or the Ouija Board.
Interactions
When matched with the Holy Water, Sister Maggy will turn into Brother Bobby until the player is hit and the holy water is spilled.
When Little C.H.A.D. is picked up, Sister Maggy turns into a dead-like baby (grey and sad) and shot normal tears instead of blood ones. This effect/bug only still in the current room where Little C.H.A.D. was picked up.
