Increases Health by +1, Damage by +0.3, Tears by +0.2, and Speed by +0.2.

Trivia[]

Meat Boy is the eponymous main character of Super Meat Boy^[1], another game created by Edmund McMillen.
The icon for this item is based on the saw blades^[2] from Super Meat Boy.
Edmund McMillen later revealed that the speed down stat was actually supposed to be a speed up stat. This was fixed in the Eternal update.
Isaac's tears will become red and leaves behind a cosmetic trail of blood wherever he goes, as a reference to Meat Boy's trail of blood he leaves when moving.
