Gives Isaac 5 bombs and any further bombs dropped will only detonate when the item is used. Has no cooldown.
Notes[]
- Dr. Fetus bomb's will ALWAYS detonate on their own, but the item can be used for them to detonate earlier. This can work around slow and low Tears stat causing a long cooldown between bombs fired by negating the waiting period completely.
- If you hold the remote detonator while fighting Wrath, he will freeze after sending a bomb, waiting for it to explode. However, it will not explode until the Remote Detonator is used.
