Trivia[]
- A similar effect can be obtained by combining a Skeleton Key with a "Bombs Are Key" pill.
- As with Fate, there is a 50% chance it doesn't appear at all in the Secret Room item pool. If Fate is found beforehand, then Pyro is present in the Secret Room pool for that run.
- The item name 'Pyro' is a shorter version of the term 'Pyromaniac'
- If Skeleton Key is picked up with Pyro, then a 'Bombs Are Key' pill will not be effective as both bombs and keys will already be maxed.
