Pooter

Pooters are bloated flies that are commonly found in The Basement.

Behavior

Pooters move around the room randomly, instead of following Isaac. They fire a single blood shot at Isaac when he gets in their line of sight.

Pooters do not deal contact damage.

If a Fly is left around a pile of Poop for a certain amount of time, it can take a "bite" out of it and transform into a Pooter.

Eternal Pooters fire three sets of three blood shots in a V pattern in quick succession instead of one.

This variant was added in the Eternal Edition update but exclusively encountered in Hard Mode.

The word "Pooter" is a device used in the collection of insects, crustaceans or other small, fragile organisms, usually for scientific purposes.
