Ouija Board is a passive item.

Effects

Causes Isaac's eyes and mouth to become distorted and his face to become pale.

Grants Isaac spectral tears, allowing shots to go through rocks and obstacles. Unlike piercing upgrades, shots will not pierce enemies and will not damage Knights from the front.

Tears have a chance to pass through Fireplaces, Poop, and TNT Barrels, making destroying them a much slower process.

Interactions

Mom's Knife - The blade becomes transparent. This serves no purpose other than making Fireplaces/Poop/TNT Barrels harder to destroy, since Mom's Knife already passes through obstacles.

Synergies

Works well with My Reflection.
Technology - Stacks. Spectral laser which instantly destroys Fire, Poop and TNT-Barrels if hit (the same does not apply to Technology 2, however).
Dr. Fetus - Stacks.

A Ouija board is a flat board marked with letters of the alphabet, numbers, and words like 'yes' and 'no' that is sometimes used during a séance to "communicate with spirits."
