Isaac wears the head-dress of a fortune teller. Increases Shot Speed by 16%, spawns a random Tarot Card, and locates the Dungeon Boss on each level.
Bugs[]
- If this item is obtained with Eve, her visual effects won't show, except when damage is taken because of Dead Bird.
- Contrary to the item's pick up quote, it does not increase Isaac's tears stat.
