Effect
This trinket has different mechanism in original Binding of Isaac and Rebirth.
In original Binding of Isaac
- Adds 10% chance to drop a pickup after clearing a room.
In Rebirth
- +1 luck.
- Adds 33% chance to drop 1 more pickup upon opening Golden Chests, blowing up Machines or Tinted Rocks.
- Adds 10% chance to drop a pickup after clearing a room.
Note
Lucky Foot will usually reduce this trinket's effect to a negligible amount. This applies to both original Binding of Isaac and Rebirth.
