Lemon Mishap is a activated item in both The Binding of Isaac and the Rebirth remake. It is a small, yellow lemon with a bright light shining off it.
Effect
Isaac leaves a yellow puddle on the floor that damages any enemies that walk into it. Flying enemies, however, are not affected. The puddle lasts for 5 seconds.
Trivia
- The puddle created from Holy Water added by the Wrath of the Lamb DLC has the exact same effect.
- The item is more or less a reference to infants' or toddlers' inability to control their bladder.
- This item is similar to one of Peep's attacks.
Bugs
- If Isaac gets hit right when using the item, the puddle will slide outside the room.
