Effects

Has a 1/3 chance to replace a pick up with a Chest or a Golden Chest when it drops, or a 1/3 chance to replace it with nothing at all.

Interactions

• When combined with two other Guppy items (Dead Cat, Guppy's Head or Guppy's Paw), Isaac will turn into Guppy. He will also gain The Mulligan effect and the ability to fly.

• If used in combination with the trinket The Left Hand every chest dropped will turn into a red one instead.

• This item is especially useful in The Chest, where every dropped Chest will contain an item.

Synergies

Can work well with the Skeleton Key, Flat Penny or a Golden Key, since the player will often have insufficient keys to open the increased amount of chests.

By using the The Left Hand a player can often quickly gather 2 of Guppy's other items, and transform into Guppy.

Bugs

• Can be found without unlocking it.
• If the item is not in the Collection Page before the player initiates the 9 Deaths Challenge, it does not count as picking up the item, meaning it is not added to the Collection Page.
