Upon taking damage, there is a 20% chance for a protective shield (similar to Book Of Shadows) to appear around Isaac, which negates all damage for 6.66 seconds.
Interactions[]
- The Polaroid - The Polaroid's activation takes priority over that of Celtic Cross and will only generate a five second shield.
Synergies[]
- IV Bag - Provides coins at no health cost while the shield is up.
- Blood Rights - Allows you to spam the item while not taking any damages.
