Bob's Curse is a passive item added to the Wrath Of The Lamb DLC.

- Gives the player five poison bombs.
- All bombs gain a Poison effect similar to IPECAC.
- All explosions will have a Poison cosmetic effect.
Synergies[]
- Mr. Boom - Mr. Boom also gains Poison.
- Best Friend - Gains poison effect.
Trivia[]
- Bob is the first name of Sloth, one of the Seven Deadly Sins.
- This could be false as Edmund stated that all the Seven Deadly Sins are actually Isaac in one form or another.
- This item may be a reference to the item, Brother Bobby.
- Although the item's sprite has it, the poisoned bombs have no fuse.
Notes[]
- Wrath/Super Wrath are immune to its poison damage.
- Wrath/Super Wrath will have Bob's Curse bombs.
- The Carrion Queen is immune to all poison sources.
- Enemies with multiple hit boxes like segmented foes will have poison applied to each part.
Bugs[]
- The poison effect is not applied to all explosions making the cloud cosmetic. All enemy explosions are as such.
