???'s Soul is an unlockable trinket added in V1.30 for the Wrath of the Lamb DLC.
Effects[]
- Gives a ??? familiar that moves diagonally in the room and shoots spectral tears. Its tear deals 3.5 damage per hit.
- Most familiars will follow this familiar instead of Isaac himself.
- If dropped, the familiar will disappear from the room unless picked up again.
- The familiar deals contact damage if touching an enemy, which makes it more useful.
